BIO-CELL TRINITY Treatment System

Bio-Cell Trinity is a precision-engineered regenerative system uniting spicules, exosomes and PDRN (polynucleotides) in one cohesive application.

Bio-Cell Trinity Core Complex is a professional spicule serum designed to deliver microneedling-like skin renewal without needles or devices.  Powered by Dermachannel Spicule Technology this advanced delivery system creates ultra fine micro-channels in the skin to maximise the penetration of potent skin-longevity actives including exosomes and PDRN, helping to stimulate visible regeneration.

The formula boost collagen and elastin production, improves firmness and hydration and supports skin longevity through DNA repair and anti-ageing mechanisms leaving the skin visibly smoother, firmer and more radiant.

THE SCIENCE

What are Exosomes

Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract (Plant derived exosomes) have been clinically shown to deliver multiple skin benefits.  Evidence indicates that it accelerates wound healing by up to 72%, boosts DNA repair enzyme activity by 83%, reduces cellular markers of ageing by 41% and diminishes wrinkle depth and length by up to 49.9%. Additionally it improves skin firmness by 46% within 56 days and enhances elasticity by 21% contributing to a more resilient and youthful appearance.

What is Cellular Senescence?

Cellular Senescence is when a cell permanently stops dividing because it is damaged, stressed or old.  Senescence cells or "Zombie" cells are those that have stopped dividing and refuse to die. They accumulate in the body with age. Senescent cells: stop functioning optimally; release inflammatory and tissue-damaging factors and contribute to wrinkles, tissue degeneration and age-related decline.

What is Fibroblast Senescence?

Fibroblasts are the main skin cells that make collagen, elastin and other supportive structures that keep skin firm, smooth and elastic.

As we age or when the skin is under repeated stress by UV light, pollution, glycation, oxidative stress or injury fibroblasts came become senescent.  This mean they stop dividing but stay active which is damaging.

Senescent fibroblasts show

  • DNA damage and shorter telomeres
  • Mitchondria that no longer produce energy efficiently
  • Inflammatory molecules
  • Enzymes that break down collagen
  • Signals that can push nearby healthy cells to also become senscent
  • Slow wound healing
  • A weak skin barrier

What does Longevity mean?

Longevity refers to how long a cell, tissue or organism can remain healthy, functional and regenerative.

In skin, longevity means:

Fibroblasts stay active and produce collagen

Low inflammation

Good repair capacity

Stable well-organised dermal structure

In anti-ageing science, exosomes help reprogram or reset senescent skin cells. Exosome particles, which are smaller than skin pores, quickly penetrate the skin and provide rapid improvement effects to skin parameters.

  1. The calm inflammation, promoting a more healing-focused environment.
  2. They increase DNA repair enzymes, mitochondrial function and cellular energy.
  3. They stimulate fibroblasts to behave like young cells
  • Procollagen 1 (up to +134%)
  • Elastin (up to +126%)

This indicates fibroblasts are producing youthful ECM again, regaining a younger-looking shape and showing partial reversal in senescence as well as rebuilding collagen and the extracellular matrix.

What is PDRN

Hydrolyzed DNA (Rice derived PDRN)

Rice PDRN is a new sustainable vegan innovation in skincare avoiding the controversial concern of using animal such as salmon DNA in humans.  Rice PDRN is a DNA-derived skincare ingredient that provides purines and nucleotides which are natural building blocks that help support the skins renewal process.   By supplying these essential components, it encourages a smoother, more resilient appearance while helping to maintain hydration and elasticity.  This gentle yet effective action leaves skin looking revitalised, radiant and healthy with improved barrier function and visible suppleness.

The synergy between Exosomes and Polynucleotides

Exosomes = tell the fibroblasts what to do - repair more, produce more collagen, stop acting old

Polynucleotides = give the fibroblasts what it needs to do it - Here are the nucleotides, building blocks, and the anti-inflammatory signals to help them work.

Exosomes activate the repair programs

Polynucleotides supply the materials to execute them

This is a classic biological synergy: signal + substrate = amplified regeneration.

This results in:

More collagen, more elastin, stronger DEJ, reduced senescence, smoother texture, better hydration and faster visible improvement.

Exosomes reprogram the skin to act younger, while polynucleotides give the skin the building block to rebuild itself.  Together they deliver a powerful synergy for regeneration, youthfulness and longevity.

Targeted Correction Transition

This is the final stage of the Bio-Cell Trinity Treatment.

Following application of the above core complex the skin enters a highly receptive and biologically active state.  A tailored ampule with highly active ingredients is selected to target your visible skin concern whether that be for hydrating and plumping, fine lines, pigmentation regulation, barrier repair or for calming sensitive reactive or acne prone skin.

Bio-Cell Trinity At-Home Skin Renewal Complex

An advanced skin preservation complex designed to extend and enhance the results of in-clinic treatments while helping to biologically age-proof the skin.

This innovative serum is formulated with vegan Polynucleotides, Exosomes, Hexapeptide-8 and Glycerin to support visible volume restoration and diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation.  Packed with pore-refining and ultra-hydrating properties, it improves skin hydration and overall skin texture.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a procedure using a medical grade scalpel to remove the uppermost layer of your skin removing dead skin cells, trapped oil and vellous hair (peach fuzz).

Why choose dermaplaning?

  • This treatment will leave your skin super soft and smooth.
  • Exfoliates dead skin cells.
  • Removes vellous hair (peach fuzz), non-terminal hair.
  • Flawless make up application.
  • Increased penetration of skincare products from 8% to 80%.
  • Improves the appearance of fine lines, dark spots and large pores.
  • Stimulates collagen synthesis and creates a radiant healthy glow.

There is no downtime to this treatment just healthy glowing skin.  This treatment is suitable for every 4 weeks.

Will Vellus Hair Grow Back Thicker or Darker?

No, removing vellus hair through dermaplaning will not cause the hair to grow back thicker or darker.  This is a misconception as shaving or dermaplaning vellus hair will simply create a blunt tip as the hair grows back  which may make it feel thicker. The structure of the hair follicle has not been interfered with therefore the hair cannot change growing back thicker or darker.

Microneedling

Microneedling also known as skin needling or collagen induction therapy is a procedure using a CE Medical automatic microneedling therapy system made up of tiny needles that create multiple superficial puncture wounds, releasing growth factors that stimulate the fibroblasts creating new collagen and elastin.  The aim of the treatment is to traumatise the skin without collateral damage to the epidermis and healthy tissue.

The recovery is rapid with very little downtime, residual pain or discomfort.  Microneedling increases the availability of cell nutrients and helps to strengthen the collagen in vessel walls and connective tissue.  It increases the density of the epidermis lessening the appearance of broken capillaries.

All products used for this treatment are medical grade, sterile and single use where necessary.

Conditions that can be treated using microneedling are:

  • Premature skin ageing
  • Scaring and acne scars
  • Stretch makes
  • Hyperpigmentation and age spots
  • Large pores
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Tightening of the skin
